Compensation: Starting Hourly Pay: $17.00 an hour Average annual earning range: $39,000 - $46,000 Hourly Base Rate with 45-55 average hours per week Overtime is paid after 40 hours worked Additional Pay Incentives: Performance Bonus: Eligible after 90 days Paid via direct deposit weekly Benefits & Perks: Great company benefits starting after 1st of the month, following 60 days: Medical, Dental & Vision Disability Insurance Life Insurance 401K available Paid Company Holidays & Vacation Orientation & Training: No experience is necessary, New CDL Graduates are encouraged to apply! Home Time, Schedule & Route: Home Time: Home daily Schedule: Monday - Saturday (5-6 days per week) Shift: Typically 8-12 hour shifts with start times between 4am, 5am, 6am (until work is done) Route: >span class="NormalTextRun SCXW118632776 BCX8">Ohio Level of Touch: Touch Freight, load & unload Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50lbs with no assistance Equipment: F550’s up to 26’ box trucks Trucks are automatic Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age Must have a valid license 1 year of commercial driving experience is preferred but not required 0 DUI/DWI are allowed Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen Must be able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions: hot, cold, dust, indoors and outdoors Physical abilities commonly associated with the performance of the functions of this job.
