Sales Associate (full-time)

We seek sales associates with great energy, dynamism and proactivity, acting as advisors to clients, with exceptional storytelling and interpersonal skills, committed to delivering results and providing an exceptional store experience. They should be passionate about the brand, able to learn and communicate the attributes of the products as well as Agua Bendita history, collect feedback to improve the business, be analytical in solving problems, and offer confidence and stability during the customer visit, working as a team and acting as the right hand of the manager always providing support. General tasks: · Preparation of the store. · Utilize strong sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets · Exhibition and inventory management · Manage the store client outreach program in order to drive financial performance and exceed KPI targets · Attend product knowledge trainings · Ensure excellent in-store customer service and experience · Provide daily reports and customer feedback to the District Manager · Develop, maintain and contribute to customer development. · Visual Merchandising · Act as an Agua Bendita ambassador, embodying its values and DNA.
