The Program Chief Engineer collaborates with multiple disciplines inside the company and with the customer to deliver products to make their mission possible, successful, and cost effective.\n\nEssential Functions\n\nLead and/or support program technical activities required to design, assemble and test program hardware to meet customer requirements and verify suitability for the intended use.\n\nProvide broad‑based engineering leadership to achieve program objectives while ensuring technical excellence, product performance, and customer confidence.\n\nAssure compliance to company policy and procedures (including standard work) within all program technical support activities.\n\nMaintain technical excellence and consistency in planning (Design Development Plans), execution (Technical Decision Making, Design and Hardware Reviews), and product ownership.\n\nLead failure investigations/root cause analysis activities as required. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior engineering experience.
