Responsibilities: What does a Lube Technician do? · Provides outstanding customer service, including assisting the customer in selecting oil type & other services · Drains motor oil & changes oil filter · Inspects fluids & tops off when necessary · Performs coolant exchanges when necessary · Washes windshield & adjusts tire pressure · Processes payments for services performed · Restocks & maintains inventory levels on the floor · Maintains shop, office, & bathroom cleanliness Qualifications: · Customer service! Our customers drive our business! · Safety-focused! Attention to detail & situational awareness are critical! · * Ability* to gain a strong knowledge of oils and services. We provide detailed training that will help you be successful. · Must be able to maneuver in & out of a shallow, 3’ deep pit used to position yourself safely under cars · You will need to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time & perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, turning & lifting up to fifty (50) pounds · Reliable transportation.
