This role involves both pre-sales technical scoping and client-facing project delivery. You'll translate high-level solutions into actionable work scopes, ensure successful implementation, and support project delivery according to scope and standards.Key Responsibilities:\r\nScope and document project requirements for accurate quoting and planning.\r\nDeliver technical implementations and migrations following approved scope.\r\nProduce clear documentation for seamless handoff to support teams.\r\nRequired Skills and Competencies:\r\nStrong understanding of Microsoft 365 environments, administration, and migration tasks.\r\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) fundamentals.\r\nFamiliarity with Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and infrastructure implementation.\r\nExperience with endpoint deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.\r\nStrong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.\r\nPreferred Qualifications:\r\n3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.\r\nPrevious experience in an MSP, IT services, or consulting environment.\r\nHands-on experience with Microsoft 365 migrations and network infrastructure.\r\nExposure to virtualization platforms like Hyper-V or VMware.\r\nRelevant certifications are a plus.\r\nPerformance Expectations:\r\nComplete project tasks on time and according to scope.\r\nImplement projects with attention to detail and minimal rework.\r\nIdentify risks, blockers, and scope concerns early.\r\nMaintain accurate time entry and documentation.\r\nWork Environment:\r\nThis role is project-based, focusing on planning, execution, and successful handoff to support teams.
