For this role as an Sr. Staffing Consultant, it is ideal for recruiters who understand the urgency, complexity, and compliance requirements of government IT staffing and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment supporting infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, software engineering, and enterprise technology programs. Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruiting for IT contract, contract-to-hire, and consulting positions supporting federal, state, local, and education sector clientsSource, screen, interview, and qualify technical professionals across multiple disciplines, including:CybersecurityCloud & InfrastructureSystems AdministrationNetwork EngineeringSoftware DevelopmentData & AnalyticsIT Project ManagementService Desk & Technical SupportEnterprise ApplicationsDevOps & Platform EngineeringRecruit for both cleared and non-cleared technical positions when applicableBuild and maintain strong pipelines of government-focused IT talentPartner closely with account managers, program managers, and leadership teams to understand staffing priorities and contract deliverablesUtilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, Boolean sourcing, and recruiting platforms to identify qualified candidatesConduct technical and behavioral screening interviewsCoordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, onboarding, compliance documentation, and start-date managementMaintain recruiting activity, candidate records, and reporting within ATS/CRM systemsSupport proposal staffing efforts, urgent staffing requests, and rapid-response hiring initiativesEnsure compliance with client onboarding requirements, including background checks, work authorization verification, and government contracting standardsBuild relationships with technical professionals, government staffing communities, and industry networks Requirements Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or related field preferred5+ years of experience recruiting IT professionals in a staffing agency, consulting, MSP, or government contracting environmentProven experience supporting federal, state, local government, education, or public sector staffing engagements preferredStrong understanding of IT roles, technical terminology, certifications, and current technology hiring trendsExperience recruiting for contract and consulting-based technical positionsProficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing toolsAbility to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExperience with high-volume sourcing and candidate pipeline developmentFamiliarity with compliance-oriented onboarding and contractor documentation processesStrong internet research and Boolean sourcing skills Preferred QualificationsExperience recruiting for government contractors, public sector consulting firms, or IT staffing agenciesExperience supporting cleared recruiting or security-sensitive rolesFamiliarity with VMS/MSP staffing environments and SOW-based staffing engagementsExisting network of IT professionals within federal or public sector marketsKnowledge of cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, ServiceNow, enterprise systems, or infrastructure staffingExperience supporting proposal recruiting and rapid staffing response timelines Benefits Why Join ATS+Partners?Opportunity to support major government and public sector technology initiativesWork on meaningful federal, state, local, and K-12 technology programsJoin a growing, entrepreneurial staffing and consulting firm with national expansion plansHigh visibility and career advancement opportunitiesCollaborative leadership team with direct access to decision-makersOpportunity to help shape and grow ATS+Partners' government staffing practiceExposure to cutting-edge technology projects and mission-critical staffing engagements
