You enjoy data entry and providing structure to processes. You will assist in gathering requirements, building analytical models and/or reports and driving analyses to find out what factors truly make a difference. You will collaborate with various departments throughout the organization. You will report to the Senior Data Analyst.\nYour ability to form and strengthen relationships both inside and outside the organization blends perfectly with our “people first, always” mindset. Service is our core value, and your friendly and respectful attitude align perfectly with our company.\nRequirements:\nData Entry\nPerform monthly refreshes for recurring dashboards/reports that include the latest data and information.\nSupport quarterly vendor data uploads into internal database for Finance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Create follow-up reporting and building ‘next action’ process.\nCollaborate with the various IDOC departments to enhance workflow strategies and communicate changes to any processes.\nIdentify opportunities to utilize data-driven insights to optimize business performance and strategic initiatives.\nDatabase Maintenance\nData Management - continuously monitor data inputs from various data sources (Microsoft SQL, Vendors, Datarails etc.) and highlight/correct any inaccuracies.\nMaintain performance and health of data used across multiple communication channels.
