We expect applicants to be committed, neat, hardworking, and able to put others first. This position will enable those with enthusiasm and a high work ethic the opportunity to join a stable, growing company and build a long-term career.\nPay is production based and paid on a weekly basis. Starting wage is $16 per hour while training, with the opportunity for continued advancement opportunities through merit and performance-based increases. Benefits include Highmark® health insurance with company contribution, 401K with 3.5% company match, Dental and Vision insurance, company paid basic term life insurance, paid holidays, and paid vacation.\nThe position is fast-paced and requires a desire to continually excel and grow. Applicants must be in good physical condition, able to bend, twist and lift moderately heavy objects. Applicants should be committed to complying with safety rules and guidelines and production quality expectations, and able to work well both alone and on a team.
