California Licensed Outreach Specialist

A company is looking for an Outreach Specialist- California (Bilingual). Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and referral sources while conducting consultations to understand client needs Analyze client feedback to identify program growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams for lead strategies Provide case management guidance and support to enhance customer experience and address complex client needs Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred, with substantial professional experience in a related field considered in lieu of a degree Proven experience in customer engagement, relationship management, or sales focused on customer experiences Background in case management, preferably with the ability to assess complex client needs Experience in customer service, retail, or high-volume inquiry environments is desirable Bilingual in Spanish or Korean
