If you are looking for a meaningful career, a culture of excellence, and the ability to make a difference, we want to talk to you!\n\nTitan Security is currently hiring a Security Shift Supervisor to work at an industrial location in Cleveland, Ohio.\n\nResponsibilities may include, but are not limited to:\n\nDuties may include:\n\nControl access to the plant through gate operations, verifying credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors.\nChecking vehicle passes to make sure the vehicles are allowed on property.\nChecking semi trucks paperwork and directing them to the proper Gate.\nUnderstanding Marsec (Maritime Security) procedures.\nConduct Marsec vehicle inspections.\nConduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations like unsafe conditions or unauthorized persons.\nControl access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required.\nMonitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.\nMaintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages.\nRespond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management.\nProvide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.\nOther duties as assigned\n\nQualifications:\n\nMust be at least 18 years of age.\nMust have a valid driver's license.\nHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED).\nAble to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.\nPrevious experience in security dispatching is preferred.\nAbility to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time.\nAble to obtain an Ohio Guard Card.\n\nRequired Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.\n\nPreferred Certifications: NRC Certification.\n\nPay and Benefits:\n\nUp to $19.00 per hour, vary on position, post, and experience.\nPaid time off and paid holidays.\nOpportunities for career growth and promotion.\nMedical, dental, and vision benefits.\nPension/Retirement 401K benefits.\nSkills-enhancing training.\n\nEOE/M/F/D/V\n\n#HP","company":"Titansecuritygroup","rawCompany":"titansecuritygroup","city":"Akron","state":"OH","isRemote":false,"isActive":false,"createdAt":"2026-08-19T18:07:33.318Z","occupations":[{"code":"33-1091.00","title":"First-Line Supervisors of Security Workers","slug":"first-line-supervisors-of-security-workers"},{"code":"33-1099.00","title":"First-Line Supervisors of Protective Service Workers, All Other","slug":"first-line-supervisors-of-protective-service-workers-all-other"},{"code":"33-9032.00","title":"Security Guards","slug":"security-guards"}],"industries":[{"code":"561621","title":"Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths)","slug":"security-systems-services-except-locksmiths"},{"code":"561210","title":"Facilities Support Services","slug":"facilities-support-services"},{"code":"561612","title":"Security Guards and Patrol Services","slug":"security-guards-and-patrol-services"}],"jobPosting":{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","title":"Security Shift Supervisor","description":"Titan Security is built on serving our clients and building careers – just like yours.
