Responsibilities include:\n\n* Welcoming families, visitors, and staff to our facility\n* Providing classroom support to help maintain teacher-to-child ratios and staff break coverage\n* Substituting in infant and toddler classrooms as needed\n* Assisting with classroom and program supply orders\n* Helping maintain staff Child Care Licensing requirements\n* Preparing materials and spaces for interviews and meetings\n* Preparing and maintaining staff onboarding documents and tracking systems\n* Assisting with classroom monitoring and program documentation\n* Keeping program forms and documents organized and up to date\n* Assisting with the program planning calendar\n* Attending staff and program meetings and trainings\n* Pitching in wherever needed to help our Early Head Start program operate successfully\n\nThe position works closely with teaching staff and has frequent interaction with children, families, employees, and community partners.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nWe’re looking for someone who is *organized, flexible, professional, and comfortable jumping between administrative work and classroom support*.\n\nA successful candidate will have:\n\n* A high school diploma or equivalent\n* Strong organizational and time-management skills\n* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills\n* The ability to work well with infants, toddlers, families, coworkers, and community partners\n* The ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries\n* Basic computer and software skills\n* The ability to work independently while also being a strong team member\n* Flexibility and the ability to take direction\n* A valid Montana Driver’s License, acceptable driving record, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation\n\nCombinations of education and experience will be considered individually.\n\n*Training & Requirements*\n\nWe’ll help you understand the requirements of working in an Early Head Start environment.
