This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and operations—driving solution design, ensuring system readiness, and scaling processes across OMS, ERP, WMS, PLM/PIM, and wholesale partner platforms.\nYou will provide strategic direction while maintaining hands-on engagement to guide requirements, support teams, and ensure high-quality delivery.\nThis position will report to the VP of Merchandising Technology.\nWhat You Will Do:\nStrategic Requirements & Solution Leadership:\nLead discovery and requirements definition across Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, Merchandising, and Finance.\nTranslate complex workflows into clear technical requirements, integration logic, and scalable solution designs.\nDrive future-state process mapping and data flow design to support global expansion and partner readiness.\nSystems & Data Governance:\nOversee product data integrity and governance across OMS, ERP, PLM/PIM, and wholesale partner feeds.\nEstablish standards for item setup, UPCs, GTINs, pricing, content, and compliance data.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards and reporting that enhance visibility and decision-making at scale.\nIntegration Ownership:\nProvide senior oversight for wholesale partner integrations, including scoping, testing, deployment, and enhancements.\nMonitor integration performance, resolve high-impact issues, and guide root-cause elimination in partnership with Technology and vendor teams.\nRecommend integration tooling and architectural improvements to increase scalability and reduce manual work.\nGlobal Operations Support:\nOversee setup of routing, labeling, ASN automation, and compliance logic within OMS/WMS and partner systems.\nOwn systemic improvements to global fulfillment workflows, optimizing accuracy, speed, and cost.\nPartner with operations leaders to resolve escalations and strengthen end-to-end fulfillment processes\nProgram Leadership & Roadmap Execution:\nLead the wholesale technology roadmap, prioritizing initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and driving delivery.\nAnticipate dependencies, identify risks early, and maintain executive-level visibility into progress.\nChampion adoption and change management across global teams to ensure successful rollout of new systems and workflows\nWhat You Can Bring:\n7–10+ years of experience in wholesale operations, technical operations, business systems, integrations, or supply chain technology.\nProven leadership driving complex, cross-functional systems initiatives end-to-end.\nStrong fluency across OMS, ERP, WMS, PLM/PIM, and EDI/API workflows.\nDemonstrated expertise in gathering requirements, designing scalable processes, and leading implementation efforts.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with wholesale and supply chain platforms such as NuORDER, Centric, BlueCherry, Oracle, or comparable systems\nFamiliarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Airtable, Parabola)\nComfort with data validation and reporting; SQL experience is a plus\nWhat Success Looks Like:\nClean, reliable product and operational data across global wholesale systems\nFaster, more accurate wholesale partner onboarding and integration performance\nMeaningful reduction in manual workflows through automation and process optimization\nContinuous improvement in global fulfillment accuracy and compliance\nWholesale technology roadmap initiatives delivered on time with clarity and technical rigor\nWhere we are:\nThis role will be based in our El Segundo Headquarters.\nCompensation & Total Rewards\nAt Fabletics, we believe work and life should fit together!
