Encourage the team to proactively bid work that can be accomplished with given resources. Find solutions when issues arise with meeting budget or schedule targets. Support the team by sponsoring Technical Lead Engineers, Tech Fellowship, and mentoring programs. Ensure that training needs are identified and fulfilled. Proactively implement knowledge transfer programs.\nCommunicate – Provide accurate, timely, and audience-appropriate communication.\nManages employees performing activities within multiple (2 or more) Engineering disciplines.\nDevelops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.\nAcquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.\nDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.\nProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.\nManages, develops and motivates employees.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nData analysis using MS Excel, communication using MS PowerPoint\nOnsite – not hybrid or virtual - This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Mesa, AZ site.\nThis position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
