As a member of our team, the selected candidate will perform instrumented tests using existing procedures to verify that machine performance meets the product specification. Support all product groups in the product verification and validation process.\n\nThis is a full-time position that is indefinite in duration with the opportunity of professional growth, and additional opportunities within our organization.\n\nDuties:\n\nSet up tests, including fixtures, part modifications, required instrumentation, and overall configuration.\nExecute tests using computer-controlled systems as well as mechanical control systems.\nCollect and record data using both digital and analog measurement systems.\nCollaborate closely with engineers and technicians to communicate test progress, issues, and results.\nPerform test teardown, cleanup, and equipment reset following completion.\n\nRequirements:\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nAbility to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.\nStrong mechanical aptitude, including experience with power tools and metalworking equipment.\nAbility to safely lift up to 50 lbs.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nBasic mechanical systems.\nAbility to work independently with general guidance from management and team members.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred:\n\nAssociate’s degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.\nWorking knowledge of refrigeration systems and components.\nBasic understanding of heat transfer.\nBasic understanding of electrical systems and PLC programming.\n\nWhy work for Productive Resources?\n\nProductive Resources is a full-service engineering firm with over two decades of experience serving leading global clients.
