RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervises all full or part-time staff to ensure appropriate servicedelivery Supporting clients\\' activities of daily living, Administeringmedications as needed, Advocating for individuals\\' within variouscommunity settings, Providing opportunities to optimize theirindependence Develop professional and supportive relationships withclients and provide informal counseling and guidance with aperson-centered focus. Interacts with clients in order to assess needs,provide information, discuss problems, set limits, and encourage growthand development while monitoring safety Understands, follows/implementsall client ISP\\'s and documents progress Provides thorough orientationof all new staff REQUIREMENTS: Minimum two years\\' experience with thepopulation as well supervisory experience. Must have current MAPcertification, CPR and First Aid. Must have excellent oral and writtencommunication and must be proficient in use of computers. Bachelor\\'sDegree in related field required. Reliable automobile and validdriver\\'s license required.
