(RSI) is a small high-tech business that focuses on the manufacturing of micro-electronic components in support of the aerospace and defense industries. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Engineering Technician to work within our Manufacturing department to aid in the production of these devices. This is a hands-on position that requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail and problem-solving skills. The engineering technician will report to the Production Manager and will work with engineers, technicians, quality control and administrative staff.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSet up, operate, and maintain production equipment and machinery.\nPerform in-process inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.\nRead and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.\nRecord production data and maintain accurate documentation for traceability.\nAssemble components or products using hand tools and machinery.\nUse precise measuring equipment on small parts including analytical scales, calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, microscopes, etc.\nFollow all company safety protocols and report on any unsafe conditions.\nCollaborate with engineers, quality assurance, and other team members to support continuous improvement.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus.\n1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.\nAbility to read and understand technical documentation.\nBasic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic systems.\nBasic math and measurement skills.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.\nGood physical stamina: ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.\nMust be a US Citizen and meet the eligibility to obtain a Secret Clearance.\nBenefits:\nGenerous 401(k) program\nHealth, Vision, Dental, and Life insurance\nPaid time off & holidays\nFlexible spending account\nHealth savings account\nEmployee assistance program\nWork Schedule:\n8-hour shift, Monday to Friday\nNo nights or weekends\nWork Location: In person\nPay: $20 - $30 per hour depending upon experience\nReynolds Systems is proud to be an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer, making decisions without regard to race, color, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, pregnancy, national origin, age, marital status, physical or mental disability, veteran status, genetic information, or any other protected characteristic as established by applicable law.
