We are seeking landscape professionals who have a passion for Turf/Lawn care to join our team and deliver outstanding service to our clients.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform applications within our proprietary program that address fertility, weed management, and insect management of turf on client’s propertiesIdentify and diagnose insect, disease, and cultural issues on turf of client’s propertiesAdhere to best Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practicesCommunicate turf needs on specific properties to Division Manager and/or Account ManagersRoutine care and regular calibration of spray truck equipment to ensure accurate applicationsBe adept at following EPA labels and correctly mixing spray tanks for necessary applications each dayEnter in detailed notes regarding each application including record of material usage into handheld deviceAssist with Plant Health Care applications and/or Tick/Mosquito Control as necessaryFollow a route to efficiently visit multiple properties each day and effectively complete tasks at each propertyJob RequirementsMust possess valid Driver’s License with clean driving recordMust possess current MA and RI Pesticide License or ability to obtain them prior to employmentField experience with comparable position is much preferredDegree relevant to the field (turf management, plant pathology, etc) is preferredWillingness to work in all types of weather (heat, rain, cold)Willingness to work some Saturdays as workload and weather during busiest times of year may dictateStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to stay motivated and work efficiently, often as a one-person crewA strong passion for and dedication to enhancing the quality of the turf on the properties we take care ofThe Perks401(k) plan with company match Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance FSA/HSA PerkSpot Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance Paid time Off Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service) Pay TransparencyMariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
