Operator","description":"Position Title: Sheeter Operator\nReports to: VP, Operations\nResponsibilities\n· Setup and operate the paperboard sheeting machine according to specifications\n· Collaborate with Sheeter Roll Stand Tender and delegate tasks as needed\n· Perform and assist in routine machine maintenance\n· Monitor the quality of output to ensure sheets meet required specifications\n· Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the machine\n· Ensure all required documentation is completed when required\n· Assist in training other individuals and team members when required\n· Follow and comply with safety rules, policies and procedures\n· Perform other duties as required\n· Demonstrate a deliberate focus on Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Satisfaction\nQualifications/Skills Required\n· Must have High School diploma or equivalent\n· Prior Sheeter operation experience REQUIRED\n· Basic mathematical skills with the ability to read a ruler and understand fractions\n· Fundamental computer skills\n· Mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge\n· Good oral and written communications skills\n· Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment\n· Good organization skills and leadership skills\nPhysical Requirements\n· Safely and effectively handle objects weighing between 15-20 pounds on a consistent basis with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds\n· Stand for extended periods\n· Maintain good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity\n· Sustain physical endurance for fast-paced work\n· Adhere to safety protocols and
