This is an in-office role that will help bring the SEE brand to life across social media, digital marketing, and creative content initiatives.What You'll DoSocial Media ManagementOwn and manage SEE Eyewear's social media channelsDevelop and maintain social media content calendarsPlan, create, publish, and schedule engaging contentMonitor social trends, identify opportunities, and bring fresh ideas to the teamManage community engagement and support social customer service effortsTrack performance metrics and provide recommendations for continued growthContent CreationCapture ecommerce and product photographyCreate and edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platformsSupport influencer outreach and content executionAssist with behind-the-scenes content, brand storytelling, and campaign developmentCreative SupportSupport the creation of email marketing and digital creative assetsAssist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and creative production projectsHelp maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpointsCollaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and executionWhat We're Looking For2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing, or a related fieldStrong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media best practicesExperience creating and editing short-form video contentProficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong visual eye and basic graphic design skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter who can take ownership of projects while collaborating with a teamPhotography and content production experience preferredWhy SEE?At SEE, creativity is encouraged, ideas are welcomed, and individuality is celebrated.
