If you share our vision and view yourself as an independent, creative thinker, we invite you to join our team in this exceptional role located in Dallas, TX.\n\nWHAT AWAITS YOU.\nEnsure the successful daily operation of all areas within the RDC while implementing continuous improvements to meet performance targets and exceed customer expectations.\nResponsible for planning, organizing, monitoring and oversight of the day-to-day RDC Warehouse operation, while ensuring all activities are completed to the required standards and lead times.\nResponsible for material flow processes, and process engineering to maintain all lead times and KPIs.\nResponsible for cost planning and cost reduction.\nManage transportation partners, as well as business support partners, including KPI management and bonus/malice accounts where applicable.\nThis position is part of the Lancaster RDC management team and is responsible for leading direct reports and shop floor, including disciplinary leadership responsibility.\nWHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.\nBachelor’s degree or business experience equivalence.\n3-5 years logistics/distribution experience.\nMinimum 5 years of direct management/supervision experience.\nLean Management and process documentation experience.\nOEM experience, preferred.\n\nWHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO.\nMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance\n401(k) with Company match and Retirement Income Account\nEmployee vehicle program\nBonus eligibility\nPaid Parental Leave\nGenerous PTO and Company paid holidays\nVoluntary Benefits to fit your needs\n\nRelocation is available for this position.\n\nThis role requires full-time attendance onsite.\n\nThe expected salary range for this position is $54,300.00 - $108,600.00.\n\nThe selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer.
