By serving Mid-Willamette Valley providers in plumbing, HVAC, all construction specialty's, landscaping, doctors, lawyers, dentist, dental hygienist and expanding into markets in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, South America, and many more, the company enables clients to capture high-intent leads that traditional SEO often misses.Role Description This Remote Sales Appointment Setter and Closer role is based in Albany, OR and focuses on supporting S-P-B MultiCorp’s AI-driven marketing services for residential service providers. In this position, you will generate and qualify leads, conduct outreach via phone, email, and other channels, and set high-quality appointments for the sales team. You will also conduct discovery conversations, present solutions, and close sales with prospective clients when appropriate. Daily responsibilities include maintaining an organized schedule of appointments, updating CRM records, following up on warm leads, and meeting or exceeding targets for booked meetings and closed deals. Collaboration with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, share feedback from prospects, and continuously improve outreach effectiveness is also expected.QualificationsProficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling, with the ability to manage calendars and coordinate meetings efficiently.Demonstrated Lead Generation experience, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients.Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident phone presence.Commitment to excellent Customer Service, including active listening, empathy, and professional follow-up with prospects.Prior experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting, ideally in a B2B or agency environment.Comfort working with CRM tools and basic productivity software to track outreach, leads, and pipeline activity.Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently, handle rejection constructively, and maintain consistent outreach volume.Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, or AI-driven tools is a plus, as is experience working with local service businesses.
