Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Program Manager/Coordinator for a one of the largest Healthcare companies, to drive the evolution of a product-centric operating model within a growing technology organization. This role blends strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership, making it ideal for someone who thrives in transformation environments.Job Title: Program Manager/Coordinator Location: Hybrid in El Dorado Hills, CADuration: 6+ months contract to hire.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead and execute moderately complex to large cross-functional initiatives to improve IT services and operational effectiveness Design and implement operating model and process improvements Provide data-driven insights on cost transparency, service performance, and workforce utilization Drive adoption of best practices through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement Contribute to strategic planning and business case development Partner with cross-functional teams (technical & non-technical) to support product and solution launches Manage programs that span beyond immediate functional areas Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership Must-Have Skills5+ years of cross-functional program management experience Strong executive-level stakeholder management skills Proven experience in operating model design and implementation Nice-to-Have SkillsBackground in Product Management or Product Operating Models Experience with Agile methodologies Exposure to startup or high-growth transformation environmentsEducationBachelors’ degree is preferred, but not requiredA reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $40 - $45 Hourly on W2.About us:Harvey Nash is a national, full-service talent management firm specializing in technology positions.
