As a Tower Foreman your initial duties will include, but not be limited to, safely managing a crew(s) working on new site builds, tower / site modifications, microwave installation/programming/troubleshooting, antenna and line troubleshooting, etc., while ensuring quality work is performed in compliance with company and government safety requirements.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities and Requirements:\nMust have a minimum of 2-year experience or equivalent as a Foreman.\nMust have an understanding and the ability to safely direct crew(s) and perform work maintaining and installing equipment on wireless telecommunication sites (this includes, but is not limited to working on towers, rooftop, and ground-based sites installing , troubleshooting and maintaining antennas, RRU’s, base stations, cabinets, sector mounts, cable tray, ice bridge, COAX, fiber/power, GPS, etc.),\nMust have an understanding and the ability to safely direct crew(s) and perform task giving\nMust be able to troubleshoot telecommunication network issues (equipment issues, line/fiber issues, etc.) and resolve issues using a Site Master, PIM Tester, AAT (Antenna Alignment Tool), OTDR Fiber Tester, and other industry test equipment.\nMust have computer knowledge and experience in completing internal and client COP deliverables (including, but not limited to job logs, field reports, and COP deliverables (pictures, sweeps, fiber tests, forms, etc.)\nMust be professional and help establish and maintain strong client, vendor, and internal relationships.\nMust be able to follow and enforce company, client, and governing body company, client, and governing body (OSHA, FAA, DOT, etc.) safety and operations policies and procedures.\nMust be a leader capable of providing training, support and contribute hands-on in the field to subordinates and superiors as required.\nMust have strong housekeeping skills (ability to maintain a company vehicle, issued test equipment and tools, jobs site housekeeping, etc.\nAbility to determine special equipment or machines required for job completion.\nAbility to work with Project Management, Field Supervisors, and other stakeholders in establishing and managing job budgets (hours, equipment, materials, etc.)based on job costs analysis.\n\nOther Requirements:\nMust work well with your hands\nMust have a positive attitude.\nThe ability to lift up to 80 lbs.\nHave basic computer skills.\nMust be reliable.\nMust have your own set of basic hand tools\nMust play close attention to detail and take pride in your work.\nMust have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.\nMust be able to work OT and weekends as required.\nComfortable working at heights up to 350 feet.\nMust be able to follow company, client, and governing bodies (OSHA, FAA, DOT, etc.) safety and operations policies and procedures.\nMust be able to pass drug screening\n\nBenefits:\nPaid on the job training and certification program\nMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance\nPaid Vacation\nPaid Holidays\n401K retirement plan with employer contribution\nLife Insurance\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this job.
