As an AI tutor in coding, you will collaborate on projects that train AI models in coding contexts.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nGenerate prompts that challenge the AI and push its limits.\r\nDefine comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI's answers.\r\nCorrect the model's responses based on domain-specific knowledge.\r\nCreate new training prompts and refine model responses to shape the future of AI.\r\nRequirements\r\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or related fields.\r\nAt least 3 years of professional experience with Ruby and key ecosystem tools (RSpec, Bundler).\r\nAdvanced English proficiency (C1) or higher.\r\nComfortable with Git and standard Linux CLI tools.\r\nHands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).\r\nDeep understanding of testing principles, test-driven development, debugging, profiling, and code optimization.\r\nDesirable\r\nContributions to open-source Ruby projects (pull requests, code reviews, issue tracking).\r\nExperience with large monorepositories or major open-source projects.\r\nExperience with automated benchmarking, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code tools.\r\nExperience working with AI-generated code or code evaluation projects.\r\nSoft Skills\r\nAnalytical and detail-oriented mindset: proactively identifies bugs, edge cases, and test coverage gaps.\r\nConcise and structured communication, both in documentation and asynchronous team discussions.\r\nStrong ownership: able to drive tasks end-to-end, propose improvements, and promptly flag risks or blockers.\r\nAdaptability and resilience: thrives in fast-changing requirements and ambiguous project contexts.\r\nTeam player: open to code reviews, feedback, and knowledge sharing.\r\nReady to learn new methods, switch between tasks and topics quickly, and handle challenging, complex guidelines.\r\nBenefits\r\nPay up to $60/hour depending on skills, experience, and project needs.\r\nPart-time, remote freelance project that fits around your primary professional or academic commitments.\r\nWork on advanced AI projects and gain valuable experience that enhances your portfolio.\r\nInfluence how future AI models understand and communicate in your field of expertise.\r\nOur freelance role is fully remote.
