We embrace innovation, lean principles, and best practices while maintaining a culture built on integrity, professionalism, and respect.\n\nWhen you join Royell, you're joining a company that values your expertise, encourages your growth, and empowers you to make a difference.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nAs an NC Programmer 2, you'll play a critical role in developing stable, efficient machining processes that support production goals and uphold Royell's machining best practices.\n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\nCreating and modifying CNC machine programs using IGES files, CATIA models, engineering drawings, and other source data.\nOperating CNC machines to prove out new and revised programs while evaluating tooling, fixtures, cutter paths, and cycle times.\nDeveloping and maintaining cutter lists using existing tool inventories and recommending new technologies when appropriate.\nImplementing proven work-holding methods and collaborating on new part planning initiatives.\nValidating, optimizing, and verifying machine programs before release using approved software and established machining standards.\nMaintaining strict control of confidential engineering and manufacturing data.\nProviding project status updates, estimates, and progress reports through established communication tools.\nWorking closely with leads and supervisors to achieve setup, productivity, and cycle-time objectives.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n\nWe're seeking a collaborative problem-solver who enjoys finding efficiencies, improving processes, and working with others to achieve exceptional results.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nAbility to successfully complete Mastercam University training within four weeks, achieving a minimum score of 90% in all courses.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Project, and Adobe Acrobat.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work effectively under production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.\n\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\n\nExperience using CAD/CAM simulation software.\nUnderstanding of machining best practices, cutting tool applications, feeds and speeds for aerospace materials including aluminum, titanium, and specialty alloys.\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, GD&T, and datum structures.\nKnowledge of rapid changeover concepts, mistake-proofing methods, and manufacturing process optimization.\nCommitment to following established manufacturing engineering methodologies and best practices.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience with aerospace manufacturing drawings and specifications.\nVisual Basic and/or Excel macro programming experience.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nAbility to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.\nAbility to move throughout manufacturing and office facilities during the workday.\nCorrectable vision to 20/20.\nNormal or correctable hearing.\nAbility to lift up to 70 pounds independently or with assistance.\n\nOur Culture\n\nAt Royell, our culture is built on four core values that guide every decision we make:\n\nWe Act With Integrity\n\nWe do what is right, honest, and fair.
