Key Responsibilities Manage and resolve claims through effective decision-making and analysis of claims exposure Communicate and interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure resolution Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, supporting the outcome of the claim file Required Qualifications High School Diploma Minimum of 5 years related claims experience Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices Computer experience with related claims and business software Experience in Federal Defense Base Act Workers Compensation and/or Longshore
