growth\r\nProvide technical, managerial, and administrative direction for highly complex systems and business process solutions.\r\nRequirements: Appian software development experience\r\nExperience with BPM platforms such as Appian, JBoss BPMS, Activiti, Oracle BPM, IBM BPM, or Pega\r\nCurrent Appian Associate Developer or Senior Developer certification\r\nExperience using Appian add-on tools such as Expression Unit Tests, Deployment Automation Manager, FitNesse, SAIL UI, or Smart Services\r\nExperience with Appian 7.x and/or 20.x design and implementation\r\nAbility to translate software requirements into Appian applications and prototypes\r\nStrong SQL and database development skills\r\nUnderstanding of web development and design languages\r\nHands-on experience with Agile software development methodologies\r\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\r\nStrong interpersonal and customer service
