The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Workday Extend, along with proficiency in Workday integrations and HR system implementations. This is a remote role, but candidates must be located within the US.\r\nKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement custom applications and extensions using Workday Extend.\r\nWork closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\r\nCollaborate with Workday functional teams to ensure seamless integration of custom solutions.\r\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.\r\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation such as design specifications, test plans, and user guides.\r\nPerform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate custom solutions.\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom Workday applications and integrations.\r\nStay updated with Workday’s latest features to continuously enhance and optimize solutions.\r\nProvide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed Workday applications and extensions.\r\nRequired Qualifications:2-3 years of experience in Workday Extend development.\r\nStrong knowledge of Workday architecture and integration capabilities.\r\nHands-on experience with Workday Integrations (2-3 years).\r\nProficiency in JavaScript, XML, and XSLT for Workday custom development.\r\nExperience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies.\r\nStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.\r\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and business teams.\r\nPreferred Qualifications:Workday Extend certification or other relevant Workday certifications.\r\nExperience with Workday Studio.\r\nFamiliarity with REST and SOAP APIs.\r\nKnowledge of HR processes and systems.\r\nExperience with Workday Prism (Nice to have).\r\nEducation & Industry Requirements:Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\r\nIndustry experience in Workday Extend HR implementations is required.
