We have five offices located in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Northeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Lewes Delaware, and Seaford Delaware.\nKeystone has cultivated a strong employee and client centered environment where employees are valued, respected, and supported.\nOur team effectively works together to deliver projects on time and on budget.\nRequired Qualifications:\nA Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering and 12+ years of experience\nA Professional Engineer's License is required\nExtensive experience in water/wastewater treatment design\nExperience in staff management\nExperience in project management\nPMP certificate is a plus\nA Bachelor's degree in Business or a Master's degree in Business Administration a plus\nResponsibilities:\nStaff Management\nOversee the coordination, prioritization, and scheduling of department workload\nConduct quarterly employee goal meetings and yearly reviews performance reviews, performance management, and progressive discipline process for assigned group of employees\nCoordinate training plans for new employees and professional developmental opportunities for all members of the department\nParticipate in recruiting efforts and the interview process for prospective candidates\nSales\nWork closely with clients to identify and create new business opportunities\nPrepare technical proposals and RFQs with project managers and client managers\nAttend industry conference events, client functions, and association meetings\nDepartment Finance\nApprove department timesheets, expense reports, and PTO requests\nAssist PMs in tracking invoicing status and following up on accounts receivable\nProvide oversight on project budgets and PM evaluations\nAssist PMs in tracking change orders, scope creep, project purchase orders, and sub-consultants\nTrack department overhead expenses\nTechnical/Project Responsibilities\nServe as point of contact for internal teams and provide support to address technical questions and issues\nComplete project management responsibilities and/or engineering design work for projects, and provide support necessary to complete project tasks\nParticipate in QA/QC standardization and ensure standards are followed within the department\nBenefits:\nHybrid Work Schedule\nTraining, Professional Development and Career Pathing\nCasual Dress Code\nEmployee Referral Bonus\nHealth Benefits\nCompany paid Life Insurance and ShortLong Term Disability\nPaid Time Off\nHolidays\n401K Plan\nPet Friendly Environment\nOur Engineers travel locally to client sites and occasionally have overnight travel trips for projects.\nInterested?
