Key Responsibilities:Works independently to specify, plan, design, develop, test and support software components as assignedContributes to project schedule generation including scope of work, duration of tasks, and order of executionMonitors work progress against schedule commitments, reports progress to leadership in a timely fashion, including when work will not be completed according to schedule milestonesWorks with team to establish necessary requirements specifications and test plans for software product validationResponsible for translating requirements into design and implementation of well-structured and documented software componentsImplement new software component designs or enhancements to existing software products; participate in the implementation of more complex subsystems and systemsTroubleshoot/debug issues within existing automation systems and implement modifications to resolve these issuesLead technical design reviews and code inspections providing clear, actionable feedback for project team membersEnsure adherence to ADx development policies and proceduresPresents data and design reviews to management as neededMaintain skills by sensing and keeping up with software industry best practicesProvide regular status updates and participate in all scrum activitiesEnsures compliance to regulatory requirements, ADx quality standards and conveys an expectation of high software qualityKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Skills-Medical DeviceMinimum of 8 years in Microsoft Windows development environmentMinimum of 12 years in Microsoft C# and .NET developmentMinimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server in a .NET development environmentMinimum of 5 years of experience with design patterns such as MVCMinimum of 5 years in an Agile/Scrum development environmentExperience with JavaScript, Angular, and Web ServicesExperience in Robotics, Fluidics, or Motion Control is desired.Minimum of 8 years in Microsoft C# and .NET developmentMinimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server in a .NET development environmentMinimum of 5 years of experience with design patterns such as MVCMinimum of 5 years in an Agile/Scrum development environmentExperience with JavaScript, Angular, and Web ServicesStrong written and oral communication and interpersonal skillsStrong technical documentation skillsExcellent problem-solving capabilities in a team environmentPositive work ethic with a strong commitment to achieving project goalsExperience in designing and implementing complex data structures and algorithms, with a focus on process efficiencyDemonstrated understanding of development in a process oriented/regulated environment and adhering to a quality management system is requiredExperience in Robotics, Fluidics, or Motion Control is desiredExperience in molecular biology or other life sciences is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related Engineering disciplineMinimum of eight years relevant experienceOur client is a leading Medical technology and health care equipment Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
