The AV Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing,\n\nand finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves\n\nmanaging resources, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective\n\ncommunication and project delivery. This position should show proven experience in AV project\n\nmanagement, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of AV technologies and\n\nsystems.\n\nRequirements & Skills:\n1. At least 3 years of experience as Project Manager\n\n2. Bachelor’s Degree\n\n3. With Related AV Certifications\n\n4. Willing to be trained\n\n5. Willingness and patience to complete online classes or other classes assigned\n\n6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical\n\nconcepts into non-technical terms.\n\n7. Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality service.\n\n8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\n\nKnowledge:\n1. Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation,\n\nhuman resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination\n\nof people and resources.\n\n2. Computer hardware and software, including applications and programming\n\n3. Contractual obligations\n\n4. Commodity codes, vendors, contracts, etc.\n\n5. Audio visual systems and products.\n\n6. Complex audio-visual systems suited to different locations.\n\n7. Providing hands-on input to the design and estimation process.\n\nResponsibilities:\n1. Coordinate with internal teams and external (clients) to ensure all project components\n\nare delivered on schedule.\n\n2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget\n\n3. Prepare the Project Management submittals such as RFIs, Change Orders, Schedule of\n\nValues, and Project Installation Schedule.\n\n4. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and\n\nensuring technical feasibility\n\n5. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Coordinate administrative tasks, inventory\n\nresources, and send staff deadline reminders.\n\n6. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress\n\n7. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule\n\nand costs\n\n8. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques\n\n9. Report and escalate to management as needed\n\n10. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders\n\n11. Perform risk management to minimize project risks\n\n12. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors\n\n13. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation\n\n14. Manage and supervise different tasks in the quest of completing a project\n\n15. Make arrangement for the project completion based on specifications of the project\n\nowner\n\n16. Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather necessary information for project\n\nexecution.\n\n17. Procure necessary equipment, materials, and resources for each project if necessary at\n\nthe moment.\n\n18. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning phases of AV systems.\n\n19. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.\n\n20. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders (client, manufacturer, ...) to provide updates\n\nand gather feedback.\n\n21. Ensure obedience to quality standards and safety regulations. It can be different project\n\nby project or area by area.\n\n22.
