Compensation is open to discussion based on each candidates experience.\n\nPosition Overview\n\nWe are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our Fabrication team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of producing independent work according to blueprints, job specifications work orders, and verbal instructions.\n\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS\n\nMIG Weld Aluminum or Stainless Steel in either a flat, vertical or horizontal direction at a certified level.\nTIG Weld Aluminum or Stainless Steel either flat, vertical, or horizontal, at 6G certified level.\nAdvanced knowledge of weld machine setup processes.\nAdvanced print reading skills.\nAdvanced level of knowledge within the following Manufacturing Processes.\nSaws, Shears, Brake Press, Grinders, Sanders, Beveling, Riveting, and Rollers.\nLeak Test, Pressure Testing, LN2 Shock Testing.\nBending, Rolling, Forming materials in position and out.\n\nCOMPETENCIES\n\nConsistent and reliable\nListens well\nFollows directions carefully\nAttention to detail\n\nEXPERIENCE & EDUCATION\n\nVocational High School diploma or equivalent in Metal Fabrication\nTwo to Ten years of manufacturing experience. Preferably in Metal Fabrication.\nWillingness to participate in a team-oriented environment.\nMay be required to pass employer performance tests or standard tests to meet certification standards of governmental agencies or professional and technical associations\nMinimum to 10% travel requirement to customer sites.\n\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:\n None\n\nWORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS\n\nMust be able to wear safety shoes, goggles, hoods with protective lenses, and other PPE designed to prevent injuries\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee frequently is required to use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.\nThe employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.\nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to vibration.
