Help Wanted – Project Manager Wiremann Electric is an electrical contractor located in Greenfield (southwest) Iowa.  Our primary consumer is government municipalities as we specialize in the installation of electrical at water and wastewater treatment facilities. Wiremann Electric is a great place to work.Duties• Project Manager is responsible for providing project management coordination, support, and assistance in all aspects of projects• Ability to Liaise between IT, HR, Marketing colleagues and business partners to ensure collaboration and coordination• Thrive in a fast-paced environment• Communicate and manage work with third-party vendors to meet project requirements• Prepare, issue and maintain purchase orders, submittals, invoices, subcontracts, timesheets, requests for information, change orders and all other project management paperwork• Review, utilize and maintain project reporting systems• Participate in estimating as requiredQualifications• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Being able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, including office administration, customer service, and employee management Self-motivated; Ability to work independently and as a team member• Superior communication skills written and verbal• Ability to perform without supervision• Willing able and interested in learning new skills• Thrive in a fast-paced environment• Utilize personal style to influence and manage conflicting opinions• Previous knowledge and experience a major benefit but willing to train right candidate.
