Email Coordinator
The RoleThe Email Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the Email Marketing efforts across three partner companies: Jane, Freebird, and The Pro's Closet. They work to execute end-to-end lifecycle campaigns that engage new and returning customers. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional partners including merchandising, customer support, creative, and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive, timely, high-quality delivery of external email communications.The position is responsible for building, deploying, and quality-assuring email, sms, and push campaigns while providing ongoing performance reporting and insights to enhance campaign effectiveness. The Email Coordinator helps maximize the impact of these marketing programs through operational excellence, attention to detail, and continuous optimization. Responsibilities Day-to-Day Operations Design, build, and execute customer email, sms, and push journeys, including audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign setup through final approval.Proofread all email communications for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency, ensuring brand standards are met.Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, layouts, and calls-to-action.Ensure all email templates are responsive and optimized for mobile and desktop performance.Perform quality assurance checks before deployment to ensure functionality, accuracy, and compliance.Pull, analyze, and report email performance metrics, providing high-level insights to internal stakeholders.Research and implement email marketing best practices to continuously improve templates, personalization, messaging, and audience segmentation. Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with Merchandising and Marketing leadership on corporate initiatives and special projects as assigned.Work with IT and external ESP (email service providers) to identify, escalate, and resolve database, deliverability, or deployment issues as needed.Stay current on email marketing trends, tools, and regulations (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA) to ensure compliance and maximize campaign performance. RequirementsMust reside in Arizona, Utah, Colorado, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee or GeorgiaAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field1+ years of marketing experienceHands-on experience in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred, Marketo, Braze, Iterable, Attentive or similar ESP is accepted)Strong attention to detail, particularly for customer-facing communicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFoundational understanding of marketing principlesProblem solving attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively across various teamsCompensation & Benefits$60,000-$70,000 annuallyMedical, Dental, Vision401k with MatchCompetitive PTOCompany Paid Life Insurance
