Job Description Belleview Valley Nursing Home is seeking someone to care for facility's maintenance needs.Pay is based on experience.Core ResponsibilitiesPreventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of the physical plant, HVAC, and equipment to prevent breakdowns.General Repairs: Fix plumbing (faucets, toilets), minor electrical issues (switches, lighting), carpentry, and drywall.Grounds keeping & Safety: Remove snow/ice, clear walkways, and ensure safety compliance.Facility Upkeep: Perform painting, furniture moving, and room setup for new residents.Operational Support: Respond to work orders, maintain maintenance logs, and assist with emergency situations.We look forward to hearing from you!!
