Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of cashiers to ensure excellent customer service. Manage daily cashier operations, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring. Assist with opening and closing duties, as needed, to maintain a seamless operation. Required Skills and Qualifications 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
