This is a hands-on infrastructure installation role focused on hot aisle containment (HAC) installation, measurements, assembly, and data center infrastructure upgrades. The project is focused on modernizing and optimizing the client’s technical infrastructure to improve reliability, efficiency, and performance across their facilities. This role offers the opportunity to gain highly marketable experience supporting large-scale infrastructure upgrades within world-class data centers.\n\n*BASIC QUALIFICATIONS*\n\n* Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.\n* High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications or training in carpentry, HVAC, construction, mechanics, or general contracting a plus.\n* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; proficient with hand and power tools for fabrication, assembly, and installation.\n* Strong commitment to quality and accuracy, including precise measurement skills using a tape measure to tolerances of 1/16\" or finer.\n* Able to lift 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in elevated temperatures ranging from 90–120°F; comfortable working in confined spaces, on ladders, and at elevated heights.\n* Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to take direction, provide progress updates, and collaborate with technicians and project leads.\n* Willingness to travel locally between client sites as required and adapt to changing project priorities and schedules.\n\n*RESPONSIBILITIES*\n\n* Execute projects on time and to specification by working from technical drawings and collaborating closely with lead technicians.\n* Assemble, modify, and install containment systems, infrastructure components, and related hardware according to project specifications and quality standards.\n* Maintain accurate field documentation including measurements, task logs, and equipment configurations; support site enhancements and layout adjustments as directed.\n* Follow safe tool usage practices and maintain a clean, organized work environment.\n* Hold yourself and teammates accountable to established quality and safety standards.\n* Identify and escalate site issues, discrepancies, or safety concerns to lead technicians and project stakeholders in a timely manner.\n\n*EXPECTATIONS*\n\n* Strict adherence to all client data center security protocols and PPE requirements. PPE will be provided, though personal composite toe footwear is encouraged.\n* Flexibility is required for client-mandated restricted or blocked workdays due to holidays or operational events. These will be communicated with as much notice as possible and are unpaid.\n* Maintain a professional demeanor when working in operational client facilities and represent the organization positively at all times.
