This direct-hire role was created due to growth and restructuring within the customer service function and will support approximately 200 active customers in a fast-paced manufacturing and technical environment.This is a highly visible, customer-facing role requiring a proactive, service-oriented professional who thrives in high-touch customer interactions and complex order management.Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end customer order processing from entry through shipment and billingInput, review, and validate customer orders to ensure accuracy and readiness for shipmentProactively communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, changes, and logistics issuesCoordinate deliveries and ensure customer carriers are prepared and alignedServe as a primary point of contact for repeat customers and ongoing relationshipsHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and confidenceGenerate, maintain, and analyze order, billing, and service-level reportsPerform daily billing activities, including issuing debits and creditsMaintain and update customer pricing files and documentationCoordinate warehouse pickups with customers, sales teams, and third-party warehousesQualifications:3–5 years of customer service or inside sales experience in a manufacturing or similar environmentSAP experience requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systemsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
