If you’re a curious, self-motivated developer who enjoys both building and problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport and maintain a variety of in-house developed applications and vendor-purchased software solutions\nPerform application maintenance, patching, installations, configuration changes, testing, and end-user/production support\nCollaborate with IT staff and third-party vendors to develop and deploy applications and integrations\nElicit and document requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for technology initiatives\nPartner closely with Product Owners to prioritize work based on business value and strategic alignment\nContribute to cross-functional development teams and share knowledge across groups\nCreate solution documentation and deliver training to end users as needed\nTechnologies & Tools\nExperience with any of the following is a plus:\nLanguages & Frameworks: C#, C++, SQL\nLow-Code / Rapid Application Development: OutSystems\nDevelopment Tools: Visual Studio\nIntegration: API development and integration\nMethodologies: Agile / Scrum\nEmerging: AI tools and automation platforms\nQualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with moderate-to-strong technical competencies\nAbility to learn new technologies quickly and adapt in a fast-changing environment\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional and collaborative approach\nHighly organized, self-motivated, and capable of independently prioritizing and executing tasks\nStrong customer service orientation with project management and analytical skills\nPreferred:\n3+ years of hands-on Software Development and application administration experience\nExperience working in Agile development environments\nSolid understanding of coding standards and software development best practices\nExperience with API integration, OutSystems, C#, C++, SQL, and/or Visual Studio\nEnthusiasm for adopting AI tools and automation to drive efficiency and innovation\nWhy Join Our Client?\nThis is more than a job—it’s a career.
