This is a hands-on execution role for someone who takes pride in running campaigns at a high level .You will be responsible for managing a significant portion of our programmatic portfolio and will work closely with our Sales, Account Management and Strategy teams to deliver results for clients.What You'll DoOwn end-to-end campaign management on The Trade Desk — setup, trafficking, optimization, and reportingManage and optimize campaigns across display, video, CTV, audio, and nativeDevelop and execute audience targeting strategies using first and third-party dataMonitor pacing, performance, and delivery daily and make real-time adjustments to hit KPIsServe as an internal Trade Desk subject matter expert — troubleshoot issues, identify platform capabilities, and share knowledge with junior team membersPartner with Strategy and Account teams to translate client goals into programmatic execution plansContribute to process documentation, campaign templates, and operational best practicesMaintain strong, internal collaboration through excellent service and consistent communicationInformally mentor Ad Ops staff on Trade Desk best practices and platform navigationWhat We’re Looking For4–7 years of hands-on programmatic experience, with at least 3 years working directly in The Trade Desk as a primary platformDeep knowledge of TTD features including audience segmentation, bid optimization, deal management, and reportingExperience managing campaigns at meaningful scale — $10M+ in annual spend under management preferredStrong analytical mindset — comfortable in data and able to turn numbers into decisionsFamiliarity with technical aspects of the digital advertising ecosystem: creatives, website tagging, ad serving and trafficking, identity and targeting, and measurement and verificationExperience with martech platforms and integrations (DV, IAS, CM360, Liveramp, Dstillery, AppsFlyer, Foursquare, etc)Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously without dropping the ballClear communicator who can translate technical details for non-technical stakeholdersSelf-starter who does not need to be managed closely to deliver excellent workThe Trade Desk certification strongly preferredCompetitive compensation and benefits packageThis position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualificationsMedical, Vision and Dental on day 1 for you and your familyOpen Vacation PolicyOpportunity for discretionary bonusPaid Maternity and Paternity programsSafe Harbor 401k plan with employer matchWellness and cell phone stipendBirthday gift card and employee tenure bonusHybrid work environment that emphasizes flexibility and balance, offering the option to work from home or from our modern office in Berkley, MI.www.kortx.ioKORTX is an equal opportunity employer.
