{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"5d3dbb981c2d978893e4e2e1","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/5d3dbb981c2d978893e4e2e1","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/5d3dbb981c2d978893e4e2e1","title":"EHS Facilities Coordinator","description":"Provides leadership to the Production Solutions segment, to ensure environmental, health and safety compliance through developing positive relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders.\nResponsibilities/Job Duties:\nDevelops and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations as they apply to the organizations operations, including but not limited to: OSHA, EPA and DOT.\nManage work related incidents with a focus on case management.\nDevelop and implement employee-training programs as indicated by regulatory guidelines, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment, that ensure the health and safety of employees.\nIdentify and develop best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices.\nProvide technical advice, coaching, guidance, training and mentoring to management team, supervisors and leads on safety initiatives and effective safety program ownership\nDevelopment of an effective Accident Prevention Program using Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions, and Pareto Management\nDevelop and implement a strong ownership of safety through a behavior-based safety program\nDirects EH&S project(s) including project design and schedule to meet objectives.
