It is imperative that the Field Service Rep. understands the financial aspects and business impact of what they deliver.\nDuties:\nInstall, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals\nTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues\nProvide technical support to end-users for IT-related problems\nMonitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and firewalls\nPerform routine repairs to Laptops, desktops.\nPrinter support, Troubleshooting, Printers, Hardware, Printer repair\nDocument and update IT procedures and processes\nExcellent communication skills to effectively interact with end-users and team members\nAbility to analyze technical problems and provide efficient solutions\nPrior experience in IT support or a related role is preferred\nFamiliarity with mobile devices (iOS, Android) is a plus\nCollaborate with team members to analyze and resolve complex technical issues\nCommunicate with team to provide the best customer service and customer support possible\nWork independently on job site\nRequirements:\nReliable Transportation (Uber/Lift not acceptable)\nPersonal Laptop available\nAble to bend, crawl, stoop, sit, lift and move\nOnsite customer facing experience.\nTechnical/mechanical hardware repair experience.\nDemonstrated technical/mechanical aptitude for learning new technology.\nDemonstrated core competencies of success in this position are:\nStrong mechanical aptitude, working with tools and various alignment apparatus.\nAlignment with customer’s business needs while maintaining contractual commitments.\nAbility to logically and systemically technically/mechanically troubleshoot various hardware problems on all devices.\nJob Types: Per contracted job\nFull-time\nPart-time\nWork Location:\nOn the road to complete job in required area\nPay:\n$130.00 - $350.00 per day depending on job\nExperience level:\n1 year\nUnder 1 year\nWillingness to travel:\n100% (Preferred)\nTravel to job site in area is required\nSchedule:\nMonday to Friday\nIf you require alternative methods of application or screening, you must approach the employer directly to request this as Indeed is not responsible for the employer's application process.\nSuccessful cause and effect understanding of financial perspectives on the business.\nStrong interpersonal verbal/written skills; especially in person, on a customer site.
