We are looking for a dedicated professional who prioritizes safety, thrives on maximizing system performance, and excels in both electrical and mechanical tasks.\nWITRON offers premium shift differential pay for qualifying evening, night, or weekend shifts on top of the base pay and performance-based bonus opportunities that reward your hard work and dedication.\nAs an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will:\nApproach all tasks and situations with a safety-first mindset, ensuring the well-being of yourself and your team.\nEnhance system performance and minimize downtime through effective maintenance activities.\nEngage in a wide range of electrical and mechanical tasks with minimal supervision.\nAssist the production team with basic fault correction, coaching, and troubleshooting.\nAid in the installation of new components or the refurbishment of existing system components.\nDrive continuous improvement activities through comprehensive system knowledge and site-specific enhancements.\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree in industrial technology or related field, preferred.\nMinimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience in a relevant electrical and/or mechanical role required, five (5) years plus preferred.\nStrong skills in electrical (3-Phase, 480V, DC, and 24V controls) and mechanical systems.\nFamiliarity with electrics/mechanics in drive technology (motors/gears).\nKnowledge of control technology (PLC/controls/inverters).\nUnderstanding of wiring diagrams and electrical measuring techniques.\nProficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary system monitoring programs.\nExperience maintaining material handling systems in a light industry or distribution center environment is strongly preferred.\nPhysical Requirements:\nContinuous walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing.\nWorking at heights of up to 80-100 feet while wearing fall-arrest gear and other PPE.\nLifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.\nWhy WITRON?\nInnovative Environment: Be at the forefront of technology with WITRON's advanced automated material handling system.\nContinuous Growth: Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement with ample opportunities for career development and advancement.\nCompetitive Benefits: WITRON values employees and strive to create a supportive and rewarding work environment.
