The Attorney will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in legal proceedings, providing expert legal advice, conducting thorough research, and negotiating on behalf of clients. The role requires collaborating with clients and colleagues to achieve favorable legal outcomes while maintaining the highest ethical standards.Qualifications Proficiency in Law with a strong foundation in Labor and Employment LawAbility to provide sound and strategic Legal Advice toclientsStrong Research skills to analyze case law, statutes, and regulationsExceptional Negotiation skills and the ability to handle complex legal discussionsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the California State BarStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesProven experience in handling client matters with discretion and confidentialityDemonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment
