The candidate for this role provides day-to-day support, project management assistance, and partners with the CMC to research and resolve issues. The candidate also recommends solutions to moderately complex problems. Primary responsibilities may include the following, amongst others:\nResponsibilities:\nDeliver exceptional, proactive service to the Wealth Client Service team, which includes resolving client questions, processing transactions, and responding to ad hoc requests\nWork closely with CMCs to prepare quarterly reviews, proposals, and other client-related materials; this includes preparing the documents, printing, binding, and mailing\nMaintain updated client contact information within the CRM system (CAPCONNECT); assist with ongoing CAPCONNECT maintenance including gathering and uploading documents to SharePoint records\nHandles Client Service functions including new account paperwork, mailing correspondence, reports, and contracts\nAssist CMCs with various client onboarding and recurring tasks\nPartners with associates from various offices firm-wide\nGreet office guests in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner\nAnswer phone calls with a welcoming and positive demeaner; ensure phone calls are directed to the appropriate team member\nAssist in scheduling, calendaring, and confirming tasks, activities, and appointments\nPerform other duties and special projects as required, including firm-wide initiatives\nSome additional responsibilities may include:\nMaintain office, kitchen/breakroom area (keep area always stocked and clean) including office supplies\nOpen and distribute mail as needed\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications:\nCompletion of a four-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience\nInvestment industry experience a plus\nDesired Qualifications/Skills:\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and PDF\nExcellent math skills and the ability to quickly grasp financial and investment concepts\nPositive attitude and a team player\nEnergized by change and ability to think “outside the box” regarding process improvement\nFlexibility to handle changing priorities, pressure, and short deadlines\nSelf-motivated; ability to work well independently and with others\nA high standard of professionalism\nNotable attention to detail\nProactive in task follow-up, stay ahead of deadlines, excellent time-management skills\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills\nWHAT can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?\n\nOur colleagues, like our clients, tend to stay with CAPTRUST for years.
