This employer is looking for skilled Structural Fitters who take pride in their work and want to help build high-quality structural products that meet rigorous standards.Position Overview Structural Fitters are responsible for laying out, fitting, and assembling metal components with accuracy and care. This role requires a strong focus on detail, blueprint reading skills, and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship.ScheduleMonday to Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PMSaturday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM (as needed)Overtime available based on production needs.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbolsMeasure, mark, cut, grind, and prepare steel parts for fabricationFit and tack weld materials according to specificationsSafely operate forklifts, hoists, and overhead cranes to move materialsAssemble grating panels, stair treads, frames, and related productsInspect assemblies to confirm dimensional accuracy within 1/8” toleranceMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentCollaborate effectively with welders, supervisors, and other team membersQualifications1–3 years of experience as a structural fitter, fabricator, or similar role in manufacturingAbility to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols confidentlySkilled in using hand tools, grinders, cutting torches, and measuring devicesForklift and crane experience preferredPhysically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsHigh attention to detail and dedication to producing quality workWhy This Opportunity Stands OutWeekly payA professional environment with a focus on safety and operational excellenceOpportunities for skill development and career growthA workplace that values teamwork and accountabilityIf you have the skills and experience to succeed in this role, we’d love to connect.
