We recruit a perfect fit, every time.Human Resources GeneralistPosition Overview: Our client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leadership, ensuring HR practices align with organizational goals and foster a positive, productive workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboardingPartner with leaders to understand staffing needs and workforce planning requirementsAdminister HR processes within the applicant tracking systemConduct new hire orientation and support employee onboardingHandle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and employment mattersSupport employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance processesMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsAssist with succession planning and training needs based on performance reviewsSupport benefits administration, FMLA, disability, and attendance-related mattersServe as a liaison for workers' compensation claims and related processesBuild relationships with community organizations and support recruiting and workforce initiativesMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR activitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field3–5 years of HR experienceManufacturing industry experience beneficial but not requiredKnowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesExperience with recruiting and staffing processesStrong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systemsAbility to work collaboratively with employees and leadership
