Integration Specialist","description":"🚀 Hiring: Data Integration Alert SpecialistWe're hiring an experienced Data Integration Alert Specialist for a long-term project focused on data integration monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.🔹 Role: Data Integration Alert Specialist📍 Location: US – Remote📅 Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension)Required Skills✅ Experience supporting healthcare applications, data integrations, or ETL processes✅ Strong experience with production support, alert monitoring & incident triage✅ Hands-on experience troubleshooting data ingestion, file processing and database errors✅ Strong SQL & Oracle database knowledge✅ Experience with ETL, data pipelines, file processing & orchestration✅ Strong root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting skills✅ Experience with ticketing/case management systems✅ Ability to identify recurring issues, patterns and opportunities for automation✅ Strong written and verbal customer communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsPreferred Skills⭐ Experience with Epic, Cerner, Pyxis, Omnicell, Kronos or similar healthcare systems⭐ Knowledge of Sentri7 / Drug Diversion workflows⭐ Experience with healthcare data feeds and interfacesKey Responsibilities✔️ Monitor and triage Data Integration alerts based on business impact✔️ Investigate missing files, data freshness issues, de-identification errors and database/ORA errors✔️ Troubleshoot ETL, ingestion and orchestration issues✔️ Perform root cause analysis and document findings✔️ Coordinate with Support, Development, Implementation, Product and Data Integration teams✔️ Communicate with customers regarding missing or delayed data feeds✔️ Identify recurring issues and recommend automation/process improvements✔️ Create and maintain troubleshooting playbooks, knowledge articles and workflow documentation✔️ Support new customer implementations and data integration stabilizationWe're looking for someone who can
