If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, take genuine ownership of your work, and care deeply about health and wellness, this role was built for you.\nWhat You'll Own Day-to-Day\nGreet every client with professionalism and warmth - you're the first and most consistent face of Reboot U\nManage all client scheduling, rescheduling, and appointment confirmations\nEducate clients on our services and guide them toward the options that best serve their goals\nProcess all client payments and transactions with accuracy\nHandle all billing questions and discrepancies\nMaintain accurate billing communication with the Office Manager\nIdentify and recommend additional services and products in alignment with each client's care plan\nBrief the full staff team on daily workflow at the start of every shift\nDirect Wellness Client Concierge team members on floor coverage, client flow, and priorities as conditions change throughout the day\nSupport daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring the clinic is ready before the first client and properly secured at close\nMaintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment throughout the day\nWho We're Looking For\nThe right person for this role leads naturally, communicates clearly, and takes accountability without being asked.
