This role requires a 50/50 blend of hands-on work with specialized test consoles and administrative tasks involving equipment readiness tracking and reporting. The successful candidate will collaborate with experienced equipment managers and calibration coordinators and should bring leadership, initiative, and a willingness to learn in a high-precision, mission-critical environment.\nEssential Functions:\nOperate, maintain, and troubleshoot specialized engineering control/test consoles used for real-time monitoring, control, and data analysis.\nSupport full lifecycle of testing activities including pre-test setup, live fire execution, and post-test evaluation.\nExecute preventative maintenance on electronic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical systems.\nConstruct components, subunits, or adapt/modify existing equipment for specific testing purposes.\nUpdate and maintain equipment tracking dashboards, including the Console Dashboard and MCMS (calibration system).\nParticipate in bi-weekly meetings and provide verbal updates on test console readiness.\nWork closely with Equipment Manager and Calibration Coordinator to ensure availability and compliance of test gear.\nAssist with diagnosing complex control system issues and coordinating repair solutions, either hands-on or via third-party sources.\nShadow senior personnel to gain deep technical familiarity with testing infrastructure.\nContribute to engineering change documentation and technical data deliverables as needed over time.\nMaintain records related to calibration, certification, preventative maintenance, and readiness status.\n\nExperience and Skills:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.
